Thanks to those who came along to Kinokuniya on Saturday 13 June to help Alison and Shirley celebrate the first two books in the Success Skills series. Alison gave the crowd lots of tips on how to improve their presentation skills, and Shirley talked about the importance of using e-mail effectively and writing clear messages.
